Call Bridge Collection V2.0
In Win8.1, the name in device manager was 'HID Sensor Collection'.V2 was added after the upgrade. I'm thinking there are drivers missing but not sure where toget them from.Intel? I've tried their update utility but that did not work.
It would be great if this could be resolved. In the interim i'm manually using the ctrl+atl+arrows to rotate the screen, but I think this also affects the gps, as my maps don't calculatemy location correctly.EDIT: nevermind about gps.maybe a gps was down in my area?the gps issue has cleared.
It's possible that this error is caused by drivers that need to be updated. We'd like to learn more about your concern so we could provide the proper resolution. We just have a few questions for you:.Just to confirm, what is the exact error message that you can see in Device Manager for the HID Sensor Collection V2? Please post a screenshot.Since you're getting a blue screen error, can you post a screenshot of that exact error as well so we could study it?.Which version of Windows is currently on your computer? To check, clickStart, type winver, and press Enter. What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? I have tried a few different windows images, windows troubleshooting feature, and the latest versions of the drivers.I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, disabling and re-enabling, re-imaging, updating windows. None have had the effect of actually making it work.
Callbridge Mobile
I'm running win 10.0.10240, on dell latitude 5285 and 5289. This is affecting the entire IntelIntegrated Sensor Solution Driver and all the included sensors, compass, accelerometer, gyroscope GPS and ambient light.hardware id: HIDVid8087&Pid0AC2I would like to resolve this so that we can order tablets and have them work right in our org. This has not, as yet caused a BSOD in my environment, but I will notify if it does. That's not really a fix. The driver was fine this morning. Search other threads about this issue (even within MS!).
Callbridge Collection V2 R3.14.0
Now it's not okay. I've seen MS people telling us to troubleshoot (doesn't work), update (already is), refresh Windows (someone said it didn'twork), look for other software causing the issue (nothing is there), update driver (already is the latest my computer says), and now create a restore point. How about someone (that gets paid to do this) actually identify and fix the problem?Your expertise is appreciated. We are here looking for it.Thanks.
