Poverty Row Entertainment was established in 2009 by filmmakers Jennifer DeLia and Julie Pacino. With a combined 15 years in the industry, Jennifer and Julie’s ultimate goal is to bring projects that push boundaries psychologically and artistically to the mainstream world. Jennifer and Julie have a vast understanding of both the creative and business side of the film industry and aim to bring life to projects infused with the utmost integrity and commercial viability.PRE has a unique slate of projects, ranging in stages from development through to completion. PRE also produces short format projects such as music videos and content for brands.

Jennifer DeLiaJennifer, partner in Unofficially Unlimited and Poverty Row Entertainment, recently made her Off-Broadway directorial debut with Phoenix. She started directing with her short film I Am An Island and then went onto write and direct feature film Billy Bates, which will be out in theaters November 2014. Jennifer produced and acted in the short film Abracadabra, directed by Julie Pacino.

Additionally, she has directed a range of music videos for renowned artists such as Amadou & Mariam, Kyp & Tunde of TV on the Radio, Blinddog Smokin' and musical legends Dr. John and Bobby Rush. Jennifer is partners with Julie Pacino in Poverty Row Entertainment and the two are also partners in their creative branding company Unofficially Unlimited. Poverty Row is currently producing the feature film The First starring Lily Rabe, Michael Pitt, Bill Magnussen, Louisa Krause, James Wirt, and Julia Stiles, which Jennifer will direct.

Jennifer studied acting intensively at Sanford Meisner's Neighborhood Playhouse in New York. Julie PacinoJulie produced the feature film Billy Bates, due for release in November 2014. Julie also produced music videos Another Murder in New Orleans by legends Bobby Rush and Dr. John, featuring Blinddog Smokin', Wily Kataso by renowned artists Amadou & Mariam featuring TV On The Radio and Bread and Circus by UK artist Ebony Bones.

In 2009, Julie wrote and directed the short film Abracadabra starring Beth Grant, Ty Simpkins, James Wirt, Sean Kanan and Jennifer DeLia. The short screened in several international cities including Cannes and Sao Paulo.

Prior to directing, Julie studied at the New York Film Academy as well as screenwriting and cinematography at UCLA, where she had a softball scholarship.
